Hi, and welcome to my practice! My name is Sophia, and I am a licensed counselor in Moscow, Idaho. I aim to create an empathic, compassionate and nonjudgmental environment. I hope that my clients can feel safe to be vulnerable and to explore and gain deeper insight into their emotions, thoughts, relationships and experiences. I view our therapeutic relationship as a collaborative one, and I believe that the therapeutic process should be tailored to each individual to appropriately meet his or her wants and/or needs. Therapists are the experts of the process; however, the clients are the experts of their own experience. I will actively listen and work with you as an equal partner in finding solutions.
